Orders

Placing an order on this website is an offer to buy. We confirm availability and delivery arrangements after the order is received. If an item is unavailable we will contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.

Prices & payment

Prices are shown in Kenya Shillings (KSh). Orders can be paid by M-Pesa at checkout, or by invoice for organizations. Branded and custom items are produced after payment or written approval of the order/LPO.

Branded & custom items

Minimum order quantities apply to some branded items. Artwork must be approved by you before production; we are not responsible for errors in approved artwork. Customers confirm they have the right to use any logos or artwork they supply.

Delivery

Delivery fees, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Delivery timelines are confirmed with each order and may depend on quantities, sourcing and branding requirements.

Returns

Please inspect items on delivery. Report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 48 hours so we can replace them. Custom-branded items cannot be returned unless they are defective or differ from the approved artwork.
